Machinery that collates a product, positions it
on an automatically fed blank and wraps the tray around the product and
seals by adhesive. This same principle is used for special display packs.
This is a technique being used more, particularly by shrink wrap equipment
manufacturers, as the packs often use shrink/stretch film for sealing.
Quite commonly used for cans, bottles and some cartons.
Now been developed to handle "soft" products including sachets
and tissues. |
